Description

Linseeds are rich in vitamin A, B, C, D, E and beta-carotine. They are natural source of potassium, phosphorous, magnesium, calcium, sulphur, iron, znc, manganese, silicon, copper, nickel, cobalt and iodine. They contain fat acids which human body can not produce so they have to be taken from outside (essential fat acids). They are called omega-3 fat acids as well. Linseed coat contains minerals which helps bowels.

It can be used various ways: sprinkle it on salads, stir it into yoghurt, flavour soups, bake bread or scones with it.
